Privacy Policy
What this website collects, where it goes, and the choices you have. In short: only what you type into the contact form, and it is never sold.
What we collect
The contact form collects what you choose to provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), the area and type of transaction you are considering, your timeline, your message, and whether you consented to text messages. The form deliberately does not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account numbers or income figures, and none of those should be sent through any web form or by email. A secure upload link is provided when verification is required.
Calls, texts and emails sent directly to the branch are received along with the phone number or email address they came from.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to Wendy Hartman at her Hartford Funding, Ltd. email address. Where a form-delivery service transmits the message, that service processes it on our behalf under its own terms and does not use it for its own purposes. Submissions are not stored on this website. If a loan inquiry or application proceeds, information provided is shared with Hartford Funding, Ltd. and, as needed to originate and close a loan, with credit reporting agencies, appraisers, title and settlement companies, insurers and other parties to the transaction.
Requests your browser makes
Every page loads the Poppins typeface from Google Fonts, and the Contact page embeds a Google Map of the branch. Those requests disclose your IP address and the page you were on to Google, as any third-party resource would. The "Apply" and "Request a Quote" buttons leave this site for Hartford Funding's application portal at whartman.hartfordfunding.com, which has its own privacy policy. Links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google are governed by those companies' policies.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising pixels. The embedded Google Map may set cookies within its frame under Google's policy. Should website analytics be enabled in future, this policy will be updated to say so, and any analytics will be configured to anonymize IP addresses.
How information is used
To respond to your question, evaluate which loan programs may fit, and contact you about your inquiry. Where text-message consent was given, to send the informational and, if separately chosen, marketing messages described in the Communications Policy. Personal information is not sold, and is not shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Stopping contact
Consent to marketing contact is never a condition of obtaining any product or service. Reply STOP to any text message to end texts. To stop calls or emails, contact the branch at (720) 456-5020 or whartman@hartfordfunding.com. Message and data rates may apply.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and to meet Hartford Funding, Ltd.'s record-retention obligations, then deleted. Records connected to a loan application are retained for the periods required by federal and Florida mortgage regulations.

If you apply for a loan
Hartford Funding, Ltd. is a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. This page describes this website only. A loan application triggers delivery of Hartford Funding's privacy notice, which explains what non-public personal information is collected, with whom it is shared, and what choices exist. That notice and Hartford Funding's online privacy policy govern the loan relationship.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and information from children is not knowingly collected.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
